Francois Bancilhon has all but accused Microsoft of dirty tactics in an open letter to Steve Ballmer concerning a Mandriva contract with the Nigerian government. Francois then asks Steve “What have you done to these guys to make them change their mind like this?” Attached comments imply that Microsoft paid them to switch to Windows.
